Ethan and Hailey
So, the first thing the kids wanted to do was OF COURSE play the wii =) which brings me to explaining the title of this post. FIRST we created their mii's... when you are finished creating your mii, it will ask you what you want your nickname to be... Ethan says "Everybody calls me E-man!"... Hailey was of course Hails... which I spelt the way I would think (an "s" at the end) she says "no no Kelsie it's with a 'z'"... O well excuse me Hailz with a "z". =) These two crack me up!
Ethan LOVED the pool table... He was talkin trash all weekend about how he could beat all of us. He finally got me to play with him, and says "Look at me talkin trash, and gettin beat by a GIRL!" Sadly I think Ethan is used to getting beat by girls... Hailey, I have to say, is one tough little thing! She beat Ethan at almost every game we played.... LOVE YOU E-MAN!
Karly's new thing is to ride around on her quad, she is pretty good at it!
E-man and K-girl!
The kids were pretty good ALMOST the whole time. One thing we did have to keep telling them though was NOT to ride Karly's quad, they were just a little to big for it! But I could totally understand... just too tempting for a kid =)
Hailey LOVES Karly... so she was mainly with her the whole time! Helping her down the slide....

....such a little sweetie... she was cracking me up because by the end of the day she had a new nickname for Karly... KARL... "Come on Karl, come over here Karl" hahahhahah
Ethan would rather work than play.... so he decided to help Ricky put up our new fence in the backyard (gotta keep Kar far away from that pool)... kind of a bad picture cuz Ricky is texting and Ethan is digging the whole, but I swear we didn't just put Ethan to work =/
He loved to watch Ricky drill...
... and was a very big help... thanks E-man!
This is what Kar decided to do while we were outside playing...
Our next job on the backyard is sod to fill in our mud hole!... but I have to say I love this mudddy butt shot!
Ethan and Hailey also liked my camera... Ethan decided I needed a few more shots of him... so he gladly took a few!

Then of course he got one of his sister! (another cute story... Hailey was shy at first, and when Ricky would walk by she would whisper to me "Kelsie... his underwear are showing again!" And I would tell Ricky PULL UP YOUR PANTS (I am used to him wearing them low=) The shyness did not last long though... soon she was telling him to pull up his pants all on her own!

I went and bought stuff so that Hailey, Karly and I could bake some cupcakes together.... Hailey was very excited...

I frosted the cupcakes and Hailey decorated them with sprinkles... and QUITE A FEW OF THEM.... Some of had so much it made me sort of sick to my stomach, so I asked her to calm down with the sprinkles a little... she says, "Ya sometimes I like them with just a little too!"
And the best part... CHOW TIME... little stinkers were way comfortable by this time though. I told them ONE now and ONE after dinner. Ethan snuck a second one without me looking, so I of course had to let Hailey have one more! I had to let them know though that I was the one they had to listen to this weekend and if not then I may need to lay them down for a nap! Little turds =) (I would have snuck a second one too though)
Karly just had the one cupcake though! And boy did she ENJOY IT!
Then it was time for showers... Kar was down for her nap... and Hailey says to me "Since Ethan and Ricky are doing boy stuff, can we do something girly?"
I said "Of course" so we painted our fingers and toes!
The next day Hailey REALLY wanted to dress Kar... She knew she wanted to put her in a dress!
We went to Rite-Aid and got some ice cream!
Hailey was sweet enough to give Karly the rest of her ice cream cone after she was finished.

We also took a trip to the park up the street from us...
Pretty girl! (Ethan and Hailey rode their scooters, which they are pretty good on! They did my entire jog with me and Kar the day before! And listened very well about not crossing the street without me!)
These two were stuck together the whole weekend!

The boys had a long chat on the benches! =) (Ethan and Hailey called Ricky "Uncle Ricky" all weekend... don't know why he is this to EVERY kid... we even have some neighbors who call him Uncle Ricky too!)
And yet another hit at our home for the kids was our pond in the front... they HAD TO pet the fish EVERY TIME they walked by!
Almost bedtime! Thanks Rob and Lisa for letting the kids come and stay with us this weekend... we had a good time! Glad you two got a weekend away! LOVE YOU ALL!
(just had to share one more shot) My potty baby... not really training yet, she just sits on her toilet while I am on mine.... CUTIE!
