Our Fun February!

February was a very exciting month... we had lots to do and had a lot of fun doing it!!!First is our little valentine! She even got to take a nap with her Auntie Amy on Valentines day! We made a trip to Grandma Kathies one day and spent the morning with her and she made us lunch and got some alone time with Karly. This is a onesie she got her... "what happens at grandmas, stays at grandmas!"Then we had Katies Birthday on the 17th.... yay! Karly and I went up to my moms early that morning to have coffee and relax... just all us girls! When it came time to open presents, Katie of course wanted her Maxi Boy in with her to enjoy her birthday too... he's a little thing isn't he?!?The card is the best part of birthdays! Amy and I picked out a good one for Kate this year!Katie got a lot of gifts, but I would have to say the one Amy got her was the best... the biggest box of crayons they make and the biggest disney coloring book we could find... believe it or not, Katie DID ask for this :)Karly enjoyed watching Katie open gifts :)Karly is cracking us up lately... she can lift her head and keep it up forever. It looks so funny to see this little thing holding up her head.Amy loves to mess with poor Coppy Top! That night Katie decided she wanted a girls night out. We went to PF Changs for dinner... Yummy! Karly spent the night with Ricky. We had a little bit of a wait for dinner, so of course we decided to take a couple pictures!
Inside the theater was this scary poster cut out!

Can't pass that up!

Sisters!

Happy Birthday Kate... We Love You!!!! We also got a chance to hang out with Pat, Tracy, Jenna, and Owen ... Amy and Jenna always take the cutest pictures together. Owie Monkey... little skater boy!I don't know why but this picture just cracks me up of Pat... LOVE YA PAT!And last but not least... Karly got her first bath this month, and she loved it!!! She kept on staring at herself in the mirror! MAN I LOVE HER!!!

Thank you family!

So, I have to say AGAIN that Ricky, Karly and I are so blessed with such loving families. I was mad at myself for not posting this in the last one... but better late then never? My sister, Katie, did something so sweet and thoughtful for all of us while we were in the hospital waiting to come home with Karly. She cleaned our entire house! It was a wonderful surprise to come home to a freshly made bed, clean kitchen....And to top it all off, she got us a dozen beautiful white roses with the balloon and her cute little note! It was one of the nicest things anyone has done for us! THANK YOU SO MUCH KATIE!Also, while in the hospital, Rick and Kathie... Ricky's parents sent us a beautiful arrangement of flowers (again... I am so mad at myself for not getting a picture of all these beautiful flowers) along with this sweet little note.
My mom and Kathie were also both very sweet to help us out with dinners too! THANKS... LOVE YOU GUYS! Today, Karly and I went for our first walk...Karly LOVED it. She had her eyes open the entire time just looking around... she did not make a sound the entire 3 1/2 mile walk!!!
She looks so tiny in the stroller :) The dogs are very cute with Karly! We tried to get a picture with King and her too, but once we pulled out the camera, he pretented he didn't care about her :)Ricky's lunch breaks used to be spent in the garage working on either his truck, street bike, or dirt bike... funny how things change?!?I can't get enough of our little sweetie either! This is one of Ricky's favorite outfits, so we took lots of pictures!

HAPPY BABY!!!

We are in LOVE!!!

What can I say!!! Ricky and I are in heaven right now... Karly Ann Lee is finally here and we both could not be happier. She is a bundle of joy!
When she was born, the first thing I heard was a nurse say... "Oh my gosh... Look at those dimples!" So I thought it appropriate to start off with this great shot Ricky got of her adorable dimples!
She was 7 pounds 1 ounce... and 19 and a half inches longMy mom (aka Grandma Kelly) got to cut the umbilical cord... and Ricky got to tie it off. The second she got into Ricky's arms, she immediately stopped crying!First family shot!We were all in tears, but I would have to say Ricky took the cake. He is so happy it is hard to describe in words! I love to see him hold her. Grandma Kathie sneaking in her first kiss. My mom, Kathie and Ricky were in the room with me when I delivered... It was perfect!Grandma Kelly is loving her first grandchild! And of course, my sisters, always there for me! They are going to be awesome Aunts! Karly was a little jaundice and had to spend a couple days in the "tanning bed" at the hospital. Here is dad keeping her company. I loved taking her out of that machine finally and getting to hold my sweet baby girl!Grandma Kathie saying how adorable Karly's chubby cheeks are.Bella really wanted to hold Karly... we let her know she was too little to hold her, so she picked up her baby and was happy to take a picture with her :)

She can't fit into her newborn clothes quite yet, but she is really close!
