With summer aproaching, we are as busy as ever...
It hasn't been crazy warm here yet, but Rick and Kathie still heated their pool for memorial weekend for the kids to enjoy! =)

And I am so happy to report now that we are completely in the clear of colic... yay!!!
This past weekend we took at short trip to Santa Barbara for two of our good friends wedding (CONGRATS NIKKI AND MARSHALL), Karly LOVES hotel rooms. She immediately picked up the phone and a pad of paper and started taking down orders of food =)
A festival had just finished up in Santa Barabara and we got to enjoy some of the chalk art in front of the church where they got married... these are a few of our favorites...

Then it was time for the big event! Katie, Kar and Mom getting ready to head inside the church... Beautiful girls!!!

The church was so PRETTY... I couldn't take pictures during the ceremony =(
I have to admit I was worried that my little two year old wouldn't sit through a Catholic wedding ceremony, but my sweet little monk did so well the whole 45 minutes... gooooo Kar! "I so proud of you!" another Karly comment =)

It started to rain after the ceremony (very good luck for it to rain on your wedding day!) but it was sad to see all that art go away =(
Us... can't see Abby, she LOVES the front carrier just like Kar did.
She came out to enjoy the reception though! =)
David was Marshalls best man and gave a very good speech...
Karly could NOT WAIT to dance, on the way from the wedding to the reception I told her if she was tired she could shut her eyes... she says, "No mama, I wanna dance." I said I would wake her up when it was time to dance...
After a long nap, she was soooo excited to wake up to a PARTY!!! She danced the night away with all of us... and so did miss Abby June in the front pack with me! =)

Abby is amazing us with how light her eyes are... they are still the grey color, but a very light grey... we will see what happens =) Karly got my dark brown eyes... Ricky has a lighter brown eye, I think Ab might have his =)

Nikki and Marshall did an amazing job on their wedding... Loved the colors... YELLOW, my fav =)
And loved the favors, all different herbs to plant, they even gave one to both of the girls!

Sweetness! We had so much fun at the wedding, so much that I didn't even get a picture of the bride and groom... I'm sure Kate did, you will have to check out her blog soon =) They both looked so nice and we just love them to death... MOVE BACK NOW, WE MISS YOU!!
